o_o Holy Crap...my first actual recent, non-writing devianation. It also happens to be my first attempt at a stamp

I'm sorry but I hate both. Unless you mean like individual soldiers.
To be honest, I hate the US military (as a whole) because they eat up too much of our budget in which military spending is way too high. Not to mention the wars we've had constantly (at least since WWII) in which people would join it not for actually being dedicated to defending our country but to get the money (which makes it no different from welfare). Not to mention the terrible incidents such as the My Lai Massacre in Vietnam, The Sinchon Massacre in Korea, Abu Gharib in Iraq, the Okinawan school girl rape in Japan and many incidents I can't list here without making an essay.
I would have much more respect for the US troops if they didn't have all these military bases all over the world and if all these troops weren't all over the place. Pull them all out. Troops have never fought for our freedom.
